Career matching runs in your browser. Browsing results does not send your questionnaire to a school. We do not use advertising trackers in this release. Cloudflare may process technical requests and security logs.

School accounts

School signup is stored in our database: institution name, email, verification, program/territory settings, account status, agreement version, signer and acceptance time. We also retain purchase, credit, receipt and delivery records. Signup does not automatically approve an institution.

Optional program requests

Real lead intake is currently disabled. When activated, a separately consented request records name, email, phone, branch, MOS/rating/AFSC, military status, separation timeframe, ZIP/state, career interests, training timeframe and education-benefit interest. We verify email and phone ownership, assess qualification and match approved targeting. We do not determine VA benefits, admissions or licensing eligibility. Do not submit SSNs, military documents, medical records or card details.

Named-school sharing

Only the school you select may receive a qualifying request under your recorded consent. We record the exact consent text, version, time, institution and verification/audit evidence. We may be paid a fixed referral fee. Email consent does not authorize SMS or automated calls. New career/provider categories are informational until separately approved for participation.

Processing providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and private D1 records. Stripe processes payments and receipts; full card numbers are not stored in our database. Gmail/Google processes verification, recovery and transactional email; message recipients and contents pass through that service. Forwarding support mail also uses Cloudflare Email Routing. Schools receiving consented data are responsible for its permitted use.

Withdrawal, deletion and retention

Your private request link can withdraw school-sharing consent; withdrawal blocks future delivery and portal access. Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion or complaints. We verify request authority before disclosing or deleting records. Unnecessary contact/profile information is removed after a verified deletion review, subject to a documented legal hold. Minimum consent, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting and security evidence may remain where justified. The permanent retention schedule is pending approval; real intake stays disabled until it is established. Backup/history copies age out according to the hosting recovery window. Restoring a backup requires reapplying withdrawals and deletions before serving data. Withdrawal does not erase a school's independent legal obligations; we notify affected recipients where required.
